Ron Choules

Assistant Coach

Ron Choules has more than twenty years’ experience coaching with various Major Junior teams in Quebec.  Ron was also Assistant Coach for Team Canada at the Under-18 tournament.

In his days in Junior, Ron played a tough game in the QMJHL as a scorer who could take care of himself after dropping the gloves. In his best year, the big forward scored 53 goals.  He was later drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs but a major injury drove Ron in a new direction. His love of hockey never went out, however, and he eventually opted to devote his time to coaching.

Today, Ron is a member of the Gatineau Olympiques coaching staff.
