The Players
Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

Isaiah Francis is from Elsipogtog First Nation New-Brunswick. He finished his 2012-2013 season with the Moncton Midget AAA Hawks where he was known for his gritty physical style of play and for his ability to find the back of the net at crucial moments. The Atlantic Minor Midget League awarded Francis the title of Most Sportsmen like player of 2013.
