The Players
Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

Shane Roulette made the most of last year’s Hit The Ice experience and applied it to his game. Although he’s always been able to score at all levels, his defensive game is much more refined. In his last season with the Midget AAA Winnipeg Thrashers, Shane scored a total of 19 points in 26 games. With a WHL tryout already lined-up he hopes to further develop and show everyone how far he’s come and most importantly, how far he can go.
