Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

The biggest player on this season’s team also happens to be one of the youngest. Trygve Many Guns of Alberta is only sixteen years of age, but he is already over 6’3”. The scary thing is that he still has some growing to do. One can be deceived by his size and think that Many Guns is a one-dimensional player, but seeing him handle the puck will quickly squash that notion.
