Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

This is Kaidan McDonald’s second time on Hit The Ice, and he is determined to make it count. The wingman from the Northwest Territories wowed audiences last year with his speed and precision, and he hopes his training over the 2015-16 season has made him an even stronger player, able to snatch a Major Junior contract with a reputable team.
