The Players
Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

Alissa General brings it all when she plays. She plays hockey the right way on both sides of the ice and doesn’t cut corners. In addition, she likes the dirty areas and is almost always the first player on the puck in the corners.
