The Players
Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.
Corey Cunningham #6

Province / Territory: British Columbia
Height: 5'10
Date of birth: May 4th, 2001
Corey is a smaller forward who consistently shows his grit by finding the open areas and scoring dirty goals. Scouts often note his ability to get into spots other players tend to avoid. Coming off of a solid camp at Hit The Ice and winning the scoring title at the 2017 NAHC’S, Corey hopes to make his way onto a BCHL team and one day play in the NCAA.
