The Players

Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

Carter Hill is a right-winger from Hay River, NWT who has been travelling for years to pursue his hockey dream.  Last season Hill moved to Alberta to play with the Midget AAA Tigers in Medicine Hat. Carter Hill is a robust and aggressive player who is not afraid of crashing the net and battling hard in the crease.  Hill was one of the best players on Team NWT at the 2013 NAHC.
