Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

Standing at 6’4’’, Woods is the youngest defenseman at camp. Well on his way to becoming a blue chip prospect, this defenseman has the right attitude and desire to grow as a player which will almost guarantee that he will have a successful hockey career. Although he’s only 16 years of age, he has played a prominent role on every team he has been a part of.
