Hit The Ice season 7 regroups Canada’s most talented young Indigenous female hockey players and invites them to participate in a 2-week training camp that is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity to get recruited by a University team. The group will make lifelong friends, work harder than ever before, and meet professional coaches as well as current and former Olympic players.

When using his size and speed, Cardinal can be a menace to opposing defensemen and goaltenders. Whether it’s laying tough bodychecks or standing in for a screen, Riley has learned to use his frame to his advantage. Crashing the net does come with repercussions but Cardinal has shown that he isn’t easily deterred from his ambitions.
